| Accommodation/Galley:
Stepping down from the Center Cockpit into Cest L'Amour main cabin you are
greeted by beautiful teak throughout with newly upholstered settee’s on port
and starboard. Just forward is the Guest stateroom complete with upholstered
V-Berth with filler cushion able to sleep two (2) comfortably. A center
mounted teak trimmed drop leaf table ads to the amenities of Cest L'Amour
where you and your guest(s) can enjoy quiet dinners only interrupted with
the lapping of water and the sounds of sea breezes. The guest Stateroom is
also adorned with quality teak and has ample storage throughout including
various compartments, shelves and a hanging locker. There is also an
overhead hatch for additional lighting and ventilation together with two (2)
sky light overhead ports. Stepping back into the main cabin in the aft
section you will find a more than ample galley complete with two (2) burner
stove, sink, refrigeration, three (3) drawers and plenty of cabinet space.
Off to the port side is full head with Marine toilet, large vanity with
mirror and shower. Returning to the Cockpit you are greeted by complete
surround bench seating able to accommodate six (6) people comfortably. The
Helm is positioned in the center of the cockpit and comes complete with
large Ritchie Compass, Auto Pilot and a separate Helmsman seat. Stepping
down into the Aft Cabin / Master Stateroom you are once again greeted by a
spacious compartment adorned in teak and complete with vanity and sink.
There are also two (2) functioning portals for added light and ventilation
together with volumes of storage space. The fore and aft decks are laid out
very well and non-skidded for safe and easy access to all rigging. The
cockpit has a great full canvas enclosure for extending you sailing season

Hand Held GPS Loran "c" VHF Knot and Depth Sounder Sails/Rigging:
Equipped for cruising, aluminum spar, stepped on keel, stainless wire
standing rigging, roller furling, three (3) regular and two (2) self-tailing
Barient winches and three (3) winch handles, foresail and mainsail complete
with covers, mainsail with two (2) reefs, and main sail cover. Deck/Hardware: Single
lifelines secured to a s/s bow and stern pulpit. Complete with a custom
bowsprit and anchor roller. There is also a large anchor locker on the
foredeck with the appropriate anchor line, chain and Ratcheted manual
windlass system Aft is a stainless swim ladder.

Additional:
This roomy center-cockpit sloop is clean and fully functional and built
extremely tough in typical Great Lakes tradition. It is very well suited for
blue water sailing as well as coastal cruising with its shoal draft, with
swing keel make for good pointing and easy handling plus two (2) private
staterooms.
